Community and Guest Rooms

This 1000 square foot space, at the front of the building, consists of two meeting rooms. The larger room has a kitchen with island bar and a half bath. It is furnished with 2 futons, chairs and bar stools, and rugs in a meditation area. (Daily meditation happens at 6am.) In addition to the regular resident potlucks and meetings, this space has served as a meeting space for neighborhood groups and non profits such as NWVeg, the neighborhood Transition Portland group, and the Portland Permaculture Guild. Several residents have proposed additional events in this space, such as movie and game nights for residents.

The north room is used as a smaller meeting space and can serve as a guest room. Its bathroom has a handicapped accessible shower.
